MEDITATION SERVICE: Join in our Sunday evening Group Meditation on the Laws and Principles of the Universe as a service to Humanity and all Living Things. Participate in our healing circle. Channel light and pray to heal ourselves, loved ones, family, community, the nation, other nations, planet and universe. Let us practice the Law of Right Human Relations and the Principle of Goodwill. Use your good will to "will Goodness, Love, and Healing". Come join us. Let the power of a group meditation and prayer raise our and the planet's vibrations. HEAL ALL. Everyone, meditate at the same time: Sunday, 6-7 PM EST.
How to meditate: Find a quiet space. Sit comfortably, loosen any binding clothing. Take in several deep breaths, and with each exhalation, release any worries, anxieties or residual negative thoughts. Either 1) Light a candle and watch it's flame dance, focusing solely on the flame until your eyes become relaxed 2) or watch your breath, slowly and inhaling and exhaling, until your breath becomes smooth and quiet. Then, slowly bring your awareness to the space between your eyes, just above your eyebrows. This is your third eye or spiritual eye. While keeping your inner focus on your spiritual eye, visualize pure love and healing light energy being channeled from the Universe or Great Spirit, through your physical being, from your mind and heart, into the minds and hearts of other living beings. Visualize love, kindness, compassion, and healing energy expanding out from your being into the minds and hearts of other beings. Send this pure love, this healing, this divine energy to loved ones, significant others, to family and friends, to your community, nation, other nations, to the planet, and out into the universe, finding the hearts of all those in need.

Funeral Prayer: O Great Spirit, the death of our dearly beloved recalls our human, physical condition and the brevity of our lives on earth. Death reminds us of our true nature. While here on Planet Earth, we are energy, Spirit, fixed in time and space, based on the Laws of Karma. But for those who believe in your love, death is not the end, nor does it destroy the spiritual bonds that you forge in our lives. We thank you for the opportunity to share life for a bit with our dearly departed. We thank you for the opportunity to realize our Christ Self in this sojourn on Planet Earth. We thank you for the opportunity to share life with those we love and those we have learned from. We thank you for our many lessons. As your Children, we seek to be One with you. Bring the light of Christ Realization to this time of testing and pain as we pray for the spirit of our dearly departed , separated from us in body only. May our dearly departed welcome you with open arms as you accept their spirit into your eternal bosom of light and love.
