Holistic Diets

Within my family's own realm of dietary experience, I've observed that weight loss diets must be tailored to a person's body type (using Ayurvedic dosha definitions) and life style.  For myself, I've discovered that I'm a hybrid Pita-Kapha and do best with high protein, low carbohydrate diets.
