Lover's Tarot Jane Lyle created the Lover's Tarot for questions about "affairs of the heart." The deck includes only the 22 major arcana cards in a very large format. The images by Oliver Bursten are exquisite collages of figures and scenes typical of European art of centuries past. Each card has the traditional number and name. In her book The Lover's Tarot (hardcover, 160 pgs.), Lyle describes each card in four different ways: what it shows about you, your partner, the relationship and the future. Within each of these categories, she presents the card as a gift (when upright) and a challenge (when reversed). She also offers a few relationship spreads and sample readings. The Lover's Tarot is a gift-quality set, beautifully packaged in a sturdy two-sided box tied at the side with a ribbon. Lyle is also the creator of the Renaissance Tarot and the Fortune Teller's Deck.
