How to Order by Regular Mail

1. Write out the following on a piece of paper, or print out and use the ORDER FORM:
   1. Your name
   2. Your email address, if you have one (in case there are questions about your order)
   3. Your full mailing address - where you want the order to be sent
      I can easily send your order to a different person, if you wish.
   4. What you are ordering:
      
      1. Learning the Tarot (Book) in English or Spanish = $17.95
         
      2. CD-ROM = $5.00
         
      3. Book/CD-ROM Combination = $21.00
         
      4. Tarot Calendar 2002 = $12.95
      5. Deck(s) - Give name and price for each one
         ---Check the Deck Price List or Tarot Deck Section for prices.
         ---The Rider-Waite is the deck that illustrates the on-line course.
         ---The Universal-Waite illustrates my book.
   5. Signature?
      Let me know if you would like me to sign your book
      and what name to address the dedication to, if any.

2. Figure out the Payment
   
   • U.S.A
     You may pay by cash, check, money order or credit card.
     Make your check or money order out to "Joan Bunning"
     For credit card orders, give:
     --- card type (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express)
     --- cardholder name (as shown on card)
     --- card number
     --- expiration date
     There is no charge for shipping or postage.

   • Other Countries
     For orders outside the US, please contact me first via email so that I can give you the total cost including postage.

3. Mail your order and payment to:

4. Shipping
   Orders within the U. S. are sent first class/priority using the U. S. Postal Service. I will usually mail your package the same day I receive your letter or the day after. Orders within the U. S. should arrive within 2-5 days.
