Tarot of the Witches The Tarot of the Witches is based on a series of oil paintings by the Scottish artist Fergus Hall. The images are dreamlike with a surreal quality. The human figures often have large arms and shoulders, but undersized legs. Both sexes have long, black stranded hair. Animal "familiars" can be seen repeatedly, including a striped cat and black bird. The colors are bold and vivid with swords = red, cups = blue, coins = green and batons = brown. The Tarot of the Witches is the tarot deck used by Solitaire in the James Bond movie Live and Let Die. This deck is also available as a boxed set with the Tarot of the Witches Book by Stuart R. Kaplan (96 pages).
