Growing Faith

Fear is at the top of the list of negative emotions. Fear is faith turned upside-down.

· Jesus said: “Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith?”

· If you can only believe in God’s Power, all things are possible.

· Linked with God’s Power, we are invincible.

· Why? Because the battle is God’s, not ours.

Faith: Faith is the antidote to fear. Why? Because it is fear turned upside down.

· Faith (absolute conviction) brings a sense of both mental and physical relief.

· An inner calm and peace blankets you and you suddenly know all is well.

· Instead of being “congested”, your circulation returns.

Truth: God is the First Cause behind and in all. Everything, including man, is of God. God is perfect, whole, complete; all-powerful, all-knowing, and all-present; infinite, eternal, & limitless. God is pure Love, Goodness, & Life abundant. God is Unity; God is One. So is man and all Life.

Freedom: Jesus said: “The Truth will make you free”.

· Free from What? – From bondage to ignorance and faulty thinking that causes sickness, sorrow, weakness, fear, poverty and all manner and forms and conditions of suffering.

· As a part of God - we have the same aspects & qualities as God.

· All else is a lie, temporarily manifested & held in outer form by our faulty thinking and beliefs.

· Whoever is suffering today from sickness, poverty, pain, failure or any kind of trouble doesn’t believe in Truth, but Lies.

· When we stop focusing on these Lies, when we change our thoughts to positive, life affirming thoughts, the Lies, the faulty thinking and beliefs disappear and we realize our true selves, our God selves, as Lies are not a true part of God.

· We have the power to vanquish, dissolve, and dissipate all negative, enemy thoughts & emotions. We can make all adverse conditions cease – disappear.

Unity vs. Duality: There is nothing outside of or separate from or equal to God, only Unity, only One God.

· Do you believe in God and something else?

o God and Sickness?

o God and Evil?

o God and the Devil?

o God and Poverty?

o God and Addiction?

· If you believe there is, then you believe in “duality”, in “two” Gods.

· Sin is nothing more than acting on faulty thinking, acting from ignorance, acting from Lies, from a belief in Duality.

· Duality leads to internal schisms, to separation from God.

· Duality negates Unity.

“Man, know thyself and know thyself as God; and know that the only foe that you can overcome in your life is your own fear or internal schism or compromise or failure to surrender truly to God.” - Anonymous?

Sabotage: Is there something unpleasant in your life that you choose to change, to be free of?

· Are you trying to eliminate it by daily, using the power of denials and positive affirmations or Statements of Truth (spiritual mind treatments, prayer)?

· Are you also, at the same time, giving in your mind and conversations equal power to the thing (form, affect, or condition) you are trying to change?

· As long as you give your energy to diametrically opposed forces, your Statements of Truth will have little affect – you will not escape from bondage.

God-Self: Our higher, spiritual consciousness, our Christ or God Self, is our home of fearless faith and place of safety.

· There we can rise above all adverse conditions and God’s battle is won.

· When you let God fight the battle for you, great blessings come out of every adverse situation.

· “For thy God will turn the curse into a blessing for thy God loveth thee.”
